If the situation requires it, we will ask you to send the claimed goods by mail to our address: Dlouhá 730/35, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1.
Timeframe for resolving your complaint If you are a consumer, the complaint will be resolved within 14 days.
If you are a business or entrepreneur (trading with us based on the Commercial Code), there is no legally specified timeframe, but even in this case, we strive to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.
If the goods are damaged Please check the package carefully upon receipt from the carrier. Do not accept any package that shows signs of damage or tampering.
If the goods are damaged even though the packaging was intact, contact us as soon as possible at +420 737 943 941.
If the goods were delivered incomplete or do not match the ordered type Call us immediately at +420 737 943 941 or write to us at david.strapac777@gmail.com.
No consumer rights can be claimed for gifts provided for free. Such goods comply with the terms of the Gift Agreement and all norms according to applicable Czech Republic legislation.
